Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionROLEThe Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful management of primarily Marketing and Advertising program and projects from start to finish including project planning, project status reporting, scope development and timelines with business channel stakeholders, external resources, and the marketing team. The primary duty of the position requires the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to all projects in the Marketing department. Projects include platform vetting / onboarding media partner, third-party vendors, affiliate marketing, marketing collaterals, email creative, property signage, traditional and digital paid media, marketing automation, and other projects as they arise. While this role focuses on consumer facing marketing effort, he/she also oversees internal communications and materials related to employee communication and partnership with departments for employee related efforts such as recruitment, employee programs and events, content, etc in partnership with internal departments. This person also monitors / handles the day-to-day operations of the marketing team to ensure progress in moving forward and proper procedures are followed. This role is responsible for managing 3-4 team members, it is important that this role cultivates the skills and growth of his/her team members and provide day-to-day support in their responsibilities, manage schedule, and to ensure that deadlines are met.RESPONSIBILITIESThis individual can effectively combine stakeholders’ business objectives with our shared marketing capabilities to deliver relevant marketing recommendations and strategies, provide guidance, and coordinate with the internal marketing team and three to four direct reports to achieve the execution of those strategiesThis role requires strong organization in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines yet maintaining a high level of quality.• Manage marketing projects throughout their lifecycle with company’s internal agency. Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered according to requirements within agreed time frame, budget, quality, and objectives.• Lead, manage and responsible for the success of our Impact Affiliate program. Develop and optimize marketing plan and outreach efforts to our affiliates to grow retail and minivac reservations.• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.• Provide support for the Director of Marketing on tasks, projects, and larger marketing initiatives.
